Family Law – for non lawyers
This 30 hour family law course is live on-line. It is taught by Carrie Campbell family lawyer/mediator. This course is mandatory for all students that are not family lawyers – it includes:
- Parenting and mobility law
- Child support
- Spousal support
- Income determination
- Property valuation and division
- Parenting Coordinators
This course will provide an introduction to Family Law. It is designed to give an overview of family law required for family mediators who are not family lawyers.
