The FLIC had 3 components 1. Legal Aid advice lawyer  2. IRC for resources in your community and 3. Court staff to assist with process.  

Our IRC (Information and Referral Coordinator) will provide you with information on issues related to Separation and Divorce, Community Resources for adults and children, Subsidized Mediation and Mandatory Information Programs (MIP).  They will help clients determine their needs and suggest referrals to agencies and services available in Simcoe County and Muskoka.

Family Law Information Centre (FLIC) are beginning to open in courthouses. Bracebridge  – Friday morning, Orillia 1rst & 3rd Thurs afternoon, Barrie – Tuesday and Thursday 9-3pm.
