COVID-19 Alert

Family Law Information Centre (FLIC) are beginning to open in some Courthouses. Bracebridge-Friday morning, Barrie – Tuesday and soon Thursday. The FLIC had 3 components 1. Legal Aid advice lawyer  2. IRC for resources and 3. Court staff to assist with process.  1. and 2. are working remotely but available on limited schedule at the court. 3. court staff – are available on a limited schedule.

However, our IRCs are on call each day from 9-3 to assist you.

Our IRC (Information and Referral Coordinator) will provide you with information on issues related to Separation and Divorce, Community Resources for adults and children, Subsidized Mediation and Mandatory Information Programs (MIP).  They will help clients determine their needs and suggest referrals to agencies and services available in Simcoe County and Muskoka.
